Work Location:

Japan

Your tasks:

  • Technical support for our distribution partners and end-users in Japan and surrounding markets
  • Technical trainings for our dealers in online and offline formats
  • Support of sales activities such as trade shows, events, demonstrations (also internationally), and client visits
  • Business trips throughout Japan and neighbouring countries when necessary
  • Frequent communication with headquarters in Berlin, Germany
  • In-depth market analysis of the Japanese and Asia-Pacific region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the region

Your profile:

  • A relevant technical qualification and an understanding and experience of Japanese and international business practices
  • Native-level Japanese language skills; excellent English skills, knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Affinity for social media activities and online marketing
